Postage - Postage is charged by the weight of the items you order.

2-10kg £5.99
10-15kg £9.99
Above 15kg £15.00
Orders above 10kg may arrive in more than one package.
My postage charge to you is less than the actual cost, from Royal Mail/Parcel Force. As a guide for weight, 1 Metre of Linen weighs approximately 335 grams & 1 Metre of Cotton approximately 90 grams.
Dispatch - On working days, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Orders received on Friday will be posted the next working day.
Delivery - Royal Mail quote 2-4 working days for Tracked48 items, however this is only a guide & items can take longer to arrive.
Returns - Should you need to return any item, within our returns policy, then please contact me first and I will ensure you have the correct return address. Please note that any fabric that is cut to a specific size, is not returnable.
Refunds - All agreed refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned items.
